Located in Glasdonos street, the building will be an exciting addition to the Limassol’s center.
The tower consisted by different volumes arrange vertically. With an obvious eccentricity and an escape from the gravity center, each volume is shifting to the different guidelines of the area, “bringing” the town inside the building.
In the ground floor the proposed commercial-shops, cafe, etc. has an area equal to 400 sq.m., and a small Square, with water surfaces and planting trees. The rest of the area will be divided into six floors with an area of 300 square meters each. In the upper floors we proposed office use because of its strategic location – vicinity with the future campus of TEPAK (Technological University of Cyprus), across the street.
With respect to the area and without reducing or affect the historic value of the adjacent old Water Tower, the building will be a landmark for Limassol. With its unique identity, best aesthetic result and structure, it will give a new aura to the area.
