The plot is located in a privileged residential area of Limassol which is flooded from buildings of varying character. Desire of the owners – who are lovers of nature and adventure – was to acquire a House with sloping roof that refer to mountainous landscape. Fully satisfying the functional needs, we created a roof with large slope which starting from the ground floor level covers the residence through various folds and unfolds. The Hillbilly character is highlighted with the coating of the roof with slate of gray color. The large overhangs on the first floor have their own meaning to the whole composition referring to plateaus – mountain observatories from where one can enjoy the view of the city and the sea.
